Dasari Narayana Rao is no more.
Legendary director Dasari Narayana Rao (75) breathed his last away at 7 PM in KIMS Hospital, Hyderabad. Dasari Garu has been fighting with illness from the past few months and he recently underwent surgery at the same hospital.
As per the information provided by producer C Kalyan, Dasari’s dead body will be shifted to his residence in an hour. The last rites of Dasari to be performed tomorrow at Hyderabad, as per the latest updates.
He directed more than 150 films in his entire film career and also he had a successful political stint by serving as the Union Minster for Coal in UPA 1 government. His wife Dasari Padma passed away in the year 2011 and now he is survived by a daughter & two sons.
