While a lot is being spoken about the success of the magnum opus Baahubali, a strong focus is also on how much it would collect in its full business run. For quite some time, the feeling was that this film will remain as the highest grosser for a long time.
However, that doesn’t seem to be the case thanks to the Bollywood movie Dangal. This was released in China recently and it is getting some phenomenal response. The trade analysts in China are predicting the film will easily touch 1000 crores.
If that happens then it would surpass Baahubali easily. At this point, Baahubali 2 stands at Rs 1565 crores while Dangal is at Rs 1501 crores. Given the narrow margin, it looks clear that Aamir Khan will once again emerge as the king of Indian box office.
