Just five days ago it was more or less declared that the magnum opus Baahubali has become India’s highest grosser and it would take many years before the records made by this film would be broken. However, the entire scenario has changed since then.
The Bollywood flick Dangal was released in China and reports reveal it has got a massive response. As per the status of collections for last night, Baahubali 2 stands at 1475 crores while Dangal stands at 1275 crores which is a very close shave.
Some industry folks also say they are not sure if Dangal is really getting that collection in China or is it being fabricated just to beat Baahubali because there is no way we can verify the authenticity of the collections in China. The coming days will reveal the final winner.
