The film has witnessed the highest advance booking ever and just through these bookings, it has earned a whopping 36 crores more. All tickets were sold online long before the release.
Largest Release
This film has become the first Bollywood movie to release across 9000 screens. Prior to this, the record was held by mighty heart Salman Khan’s Sultan which opened in 4350 screens which is less than half.
Highest Occupancy
Baahubali has shown its power and created a new record with the occupancy. Well, the release day has recorded 95% occupancy everywhere and shocked everyone. The likes of SRK’s Raees and Salman Khan’s Sultan are behind by nearly 20-25 percent.
First Day Century
This is a unique record in itself where on the first day of release, the film has crossed 100 crores. Even biggies like Aamir, SRK and Salman take 3 to 4 days to get to 100 crores but Baahubali has touched 121 crores and silenced everyone.
