Even the tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli spoke in Kannada and urged the protesting groups to spare the film. Anyhow, the latest update is Sathyaraj himself has apologized officially. While that is truly appreciated, there is also another risk in it.
His apologies may bring down the image of the Tamils given the sensitivity of the river Cauvery issue. Despite that, Sathyaraj has actually balanced out his statement in an effective manner and there is a good chance that this should settle the whole matter.
