In case some of you might wonder what Jaityayatra means (we are sure there may not be many), it is the victory march. The legendary lyricist Sirivennela Seetarama Sastry is currently doing that given the way he is taking up single card assignments.
In between, he was away from the radar but ever since he got back, Seetarama Sastry has been writing all songs for a movie and earning accolades. The latest in his kitty happens to be Cheliya being helmed by the maverick Mani Ratnam.
Not only that, he has Indraganti Mohanakrishna’s multi-starrer featuring Adivi Sesh, Avasarala Srinivas. Already, Seetarama Sastry has penned the single card songs for the historical opus Rudhramadevi Gautamiputra Satakarni and the romantic entertainer Ok Bangaram. Hats off!
