Shah Rukh Khan's Raees & Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil films opened up the release of big tickets for the year 2017.
Fortunately, both the films got the positive responses from all the corners and both the films got decent openings at the box office. As per the trade experts’ prediction, SRK’s Raees collected Rs 20.42 Cr and on the second day i.e. Republic Day gave the much-needed boost by raking around Rs 26 Cr which made Rs 46 Cr in the span of two days.
Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil collected Rs 10.45 Cr on the day 1 and with the mouth publicity effect on the second day it collected Rs 18 Cr on day 2. Kaabil performed outstandingly well on the second day as compared to the first day and it collected Rs 28.45 Cr.
On the whole, Hrithik’s Kaabil & SRK’s Raees are showing their power at the box office.
