When we see a movie onscreen, it is the end product of a lot of creative work that goes behind. Many permutations happen before the final script is locked. The same happened with ‘Fashion Designer s/o Ladies Tailor’ so here is the story behind its formation.
Noted writer Tanikella Bharani once penned a story for Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja. But his dates didn’t work and things got delayed so they wanted to do the same story with hero Raj Tharun. In the interim, without going deep inside the story Madhura Sreedhar bought the rights.
At a later time, he figured out it was not suiting the image of Raj Tharun so he called writer BVS Ravi and got it customized. It is heard that Raj didn’t like the story but didn’t give the reason behind it. In fact, he took advance as well.
As a result, Madhura Sreedhar again got a fresh story done by senior director Vamsy with a village backdrop. As Raj Tharun was reportedly not giving dates, they thought of Daggubati Abhiram. However, his father Suresh Babu reportedly said he is eyeing him as a producer and not as a hero but still they can try. For some reason it didn’t materialize and things were getting delayed. Finally, it was Sumanth Ashwin who was brought in. That's the story folks!
