The trend of the tinsel town right now is biopics and what was a fever in Bollywood has come to the south cinema as well. Already, few biopics are on the floors and now talk is making rounds that one more could be added to the list.
It is that of the late CM of Tamil Nadu, Jayalalithaa, fondly known as ‘Amma’. Just like how it happens in movies, Jaya came from a humble Brahmin family and grew up to become a heroine and eventually the Chief Minister of a big state. The twists in her life were many.
All this forms good fodder for creating a biopic and speculations are on that her life story would also be on celluloid. The other add-on is, chances of the eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma announcing this may be more because he is passionate about this genre.
