The star hero sons referring the films of their fathers is a common phenomenon in not just Telugu Films but also in Indian Cinema. Many of the younger celeb hero sons such as Ram Charan even take up the famous chartbusters and rehash them for their films. Now, Nagarjuna’s doting son Naga Chaitanya seems to be banking on the same classic principle to gain the attention of Akkineni fans!
The actor’s reference to Nagarjuna’s Shiva movie in his recent release Premam became much popular and talk of the town. His dialogue with cycle chain which said “Ee Chain Meedha Hakku Maake Undhi” became a biggest crowd puller for the film. Now, a latest teaser of his next film Saahasam Swaasaga Saagipo directed by Gautham Menon released and it also has a reference to this cult film of Nag.
The reference shows Chaitu telling that the days where youngsters went around girls with love letters in hand is gone with Shiva era itself and the line has been going viral already! Shiva itself is a cult film which redefined many aspects of Telugu films and looks like the charm hasn’t worn off that easily even after nearly 25 years of its release!
