The young lyricist Srimani made quirky beginnings as a promising talent in Sukumar’s 100% Love by penning songs like “That is Mahalakshmi”,”Aho Balu” and “A Square B Square” but the real popularity came up when he penned the heroic introduction song for Powerstar Pawan Kalyan in Trivikram’s Attarintiki Daaredi.
The lyricist recently remembered those days when he was given the golden chance to write this intro song “Aaradugula Bullettu” which became one of the top hits that year. He said that though there was nervousness to write a star image song for somebody like Pawan, he was confident of the output because of his expertise in Telugu language.
Srimani said that he chose simple yet rarely used Telugu words such as Nartana Shouri. Kelakuli, Pinakapani to praise Pawan Kalyan’s character as the song introduces the hero in a unique fashion. He still remembers that this song has fetched him more popularity than any other song in his career!
