Chennai beauty Regina Cassandra has recently tricked one and all with a wedding post. Well it was later discovered to be a promotional stint (a big relief for her die hard fans). Guess what! Regina is again back with a tweet but this time it is a message and call for the society.
Going into the details, Regina is endorsing an initiative by Octopus Foundation that aims at increasing awareness about the true spirit of Diwali. Regina urges one and all to realize Diwali as a festival of 'lights' but not 'sound'. She calls for a pollution/sound-free animal-friendly Diwali with a slogan - 'Lets get together to stop the Crakcer'
Well Regina and the initiative does have a valid point but it is against to the popular belief and sentiments of the public. So, we need to see how far her own fans will support this initiative and voluntarily give up firing crackers!
