You don’t need any introduction on the selfie mania which is the most happening thing in the society. This is more among the film celebrities who use this as the platform to promote themselves on social media. However, some are getting weird thoughts to make money through selfies.
Recently, something like that happened with Nagathihalli Chandrasekhar. He is a top filmmaker in Kannada and he was invited for his movie screening Ishtakamya by a Kannada Sangham. After the screening the fans wanted to click selfies.
At this point, the organizers said each selfie would cost 5 dollars and the proceeds will go for a noble cause. Well, nobody came forward and it became more like disrespecting the filmmaker though it is for charity. This is something not to be encouraged. When national celebs are doing it for free how come this thought.
