Malayalam movie Premam was not only the most memorable film but in fact the highest grosser Malayalam film in 2015 collecting over Rs 60Cr in its full run. The latest Telugu movie Premam (remake of Malayalam Premam) starring Naga Chaitanya, Shruti Haasan, Anupama Parameshwaran, Madonna Sebastian et al in the leads also struck gold at the box-office.
The much anticipated Telugu movie of 2016 managed to bag a positive talk and reviews right from the first show. On the other hand, trade pundits opine that Premam can be the highest opener movie in Naga Chaitanya's career so far. As per latest trade reports, Premam movie two days collections are estimated to be around Rs 4-5 crores (Share) across the two Telugu states.
