Popular Indian cricketer MS Dhoni’s biopic- MS Dhoni: The Untold Story is the happening film across the Indian now and it got opened to full houses on the day 1 (yesterday).
Well this opening craze made this film enter into the top 3 places of best opening day collections of Indian cinema in 2016. As per the latest trade reports, MS Dhoni flick collected around Rs 21.30 Cr on the first day and it surpassed SRK’s Fan movie opening day collections of Rs 19.20 Cr and Salman Khan’s Sultan flick is top in the table with Rs 36.54 Cr.
Meanwhile the bookings were already done for the first three days and the weekend factor will help the collections to increase further. And with the current prediction MS Dhoni film would easily touch Rs 100 Cr mark in the first week of its run.
On the Whole, Dhoni who have multiple centuries under his belt in Cricket, now managed to reach a century here in the films as well.
