Yes you heard it right! We all know MS DHONI: The Untold Story is the forthcoming biopic of star Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni that is set to release this Sep 30. Young sensation Sushanth Singh Rajput is playing the titular role of 'Dhoni' in this movie and Loafer movie fame Disha Patani as the lead actress.
Dhoni, Sushanth & the entire team has been aggressively promoting the film across the country from a while. And just when the release date is around the corner, few beans have been spilled by the B'town sources. As per the update, Mega Powerstar Ram Charan shall be seen essaying the role of cricketer 'Suresh Raina' in this movie. After a debacle debut like Zanjeer remake (starring Priyanka Chopra, Prakash Raj etc), Ram Charan hasn't looked back towards Bollywood. After a long hiatus, Cherry is once again testing his luck with a supporting role.
Well, the 'Ram Charan' factor will certainly bring hype to MS DHONI: The Untold Story Telugu version also and pull crowds to the theater. Anyways it is just Hyper and Tanu Vachenanta releasing this weekend. However, an official confirmation and promotional move from Charan or the production house is still awaited!
Be it Dhruva or now Dhoni, looks like Charan is also slowly trying to break the mold and try something different which is a welcoming gesture! Looking forward to more good films and versatile characters from him.
