The young Akkineni hero Akhil planned his debut with a grand film Akhil directed by VV Vinayak but things turned haywire when the film bombed badly at the Box Office. The actor decided to be quite careful with his next film and took his own sweet time in signing up for the same.
Many big director names such as Sukumar, Vamshi Paidipalli were heard to direct the young hero but finally, Manam fame Vikram K Kumar teamed up with this hero for a sweet love story. The film was supposed to hit the sets soon but as per latest updates, Vikram asked for two more months to finalize with the storyline. This would mean that the film is delayed further till the year’s end. Already Akhil hasn’t been part of any film since nearly a year and this delay would sure be a testing time for him.
