Nayantara is one of the most sought-after actresses in the tinsel town today. With back to back films even in the 30s, Nayan is unarguably ruling the roost in South Indian cinema.
While this is her on-screen image Nayan is now facing serious allegations over her professionality. Earlier there were complaints against Nayan that she avoids film promotions and recently speculations were rife that she was harassed by Babu Bangaram director Maruthi. But sources close to Babu Bangaram unit reveal that it was inturn Nayan who troubled them during the shooting schedules. Moreover, a song that was initially scheduled to be shot on Nayan was also cancelled due to her unavailability. And now the makers have decided to release the film without that song.
Well Nayantara has earlier given dates for Venky-Maruthi Radha movie but the film unexpectedly shelved. So, the makers have requested her to compensate that for Babu Bangaram which Nayan obliged for name sake and hence the friction. On top of it, star hotels denying hospitability to Nayan is also a potential threat for her professional image and career ahead.
