Young handsome hero Harshavardhan Rane has managed to grab attention in TFI with films like Maaya. However, he is striving hard to make noise in Bollywood as well. He has already tested his luck with Sanam Teri Kasam but couldn’t strike gold.
Anyhow he has bagged a jackpot now! As per latest reports, Harsha has been picked for an upcoming Hindi film which is the remake of Mani Ratnam’s Tamil classic Agni Natchathiram (dubbed as Gharshana in Telugu). Going into the details, Wazir movie fame director Bejoy Nambiar is going to direct this prestigious remake in which Harshavardhan Rane has been roped to play the lead role alongside none other than Dhanush who is reprising the role of Karthik in the original. Currently the pre-production activity is in full swing and the regular shooting will kickstart from this year end. Interestingly, Bejoy was one of Mani Ratnam’s protégés in the past and that is one of the reasons why this is a much anticipated remake!
Well this is going to be a crucial opportunity for Harshavardhan to find some footing and hope he hits the bull’s eye this time!
