Superstar Rajnikanth’s anticipated flick Kabali is all set to release tomorrow worldwide in the midst of fans hungama and lot of expectations. With the ongoing online leaks and piracy happening at one end, the film is facing serious legal trouble now from some of the Tamil distributors!
Some distributors (who distributed Lingaa in the past) filed a petition in Chennai High Court demanding the postponement of the film’s release. The notices are given to Rajnikanth as well as makers of Kabali requesting to do the same. The main reason for this request is from the distributors of Lingaa who were severely at loss because of the film’s failure.
The distributors alleged that Rajni gave them assurance that he would incur the losses but he failed to do so. We will have to wait and see how Kabali’s team responds to this sudden shock.
