The standard genres of movies that we come across are action, horror, comedy, drama and thriller. But the new wave of filmmakers is coming up with few offbeat concepts that are also elevating the standards of Tollywood. The latest discussion is about actor/director Mahesh Kathi’s new venture.
He has narrated the storyline on his social media profile and it is more or less obvious that the plot aims at the Chandrababu Naidu government. While a lot of discussion is happening please note that Mahesh is not the pioneer of this genre. Such type of movies has come in the past too.
Kota Srinivasa Rao did the role of N T Rama Rao in the movie Mandalaadeesudu. Gandikota Rahasyam was made by superstar Krishna and Prabhakar Reddy. Both were political satires on TDP government. Mahesh’s film is the third and it is coming during Chandrababu’s reign. As such, the great NTR took it sportively. We have to see if CBN will also take it like this but fans will not agree. For the record, those two movies came and worked well in theatre.
