A big budget film starring top hero as well as controversies always go hand in hand. These controversies include tenfold when the film starts gaining popularity and fetching good profits. Salman Khan starrer Sultan has been making an air of positive buzz all over and just when the film’s unit is rejoicing the success, a trouble has come in the form of a story allegation!
A person named Sabeer Ansari hailing from Muzafarpur, Bihar has alleged that Sultan’s story is inspired from his own life. He has filed a cheating case on Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma, director Ali Abbas and Yash Raj Films as well in this regard. He also said that Salman Khan promised to pay him 20 crore as royalty for taking the story but it wasn’t done.
Sabeer confessed that Salman Khan has contacted him fewer times about Sultan’s story and later started saying the film has been dropped. However, Sabeer was shocked to see the film being done and even released without his approval! We will have to see how Sultan’s unit would respond to this fiasco.
