After the arrival and departure of the magnum opus Baahubali the only thing that seems to be raging in the minds of the Bollywood folks is coming up with a Hindi movie that can get past the records set by the Telugu movie. Whenever a big ticket flick is on the anvil, it is projected as the winner.
However, so far that moment is yet to come. Apparently, the new release Sultan which has arrived as a Ramzan treat was expected to go past the records set by Baahubali. The parameter began right from the day one collections. However, it turns out that Sultan has been defeated.
The film fell short by 10 crores to the day one collection of Baahubali as the latter touched 45 crores net. Gauging this response, the trade pundits are now estimating that Sultan may not be able to breach the record set by Baahubali. In that case, let us wait for another Bollywood biggie.
