The striking filmmaker Puri Jagannadh has a very special bonding with Powerstar Pawan Kalyan. Since their first association with Badri, this duo always shared similar ideas and vision. This led them to come together to work for Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu once again which had Pawan in a powerful role causing a political stir.

But somehow after that film there was a gap and both got busy in their respective paths. However, taking the entire world (especially Powerstar fans) by surprise, Puri titled his film with Nandamuri Kalyan Ram as ‘Ism’. And Ism first look poster has become talk of the town now mainly because of the title and this led to a lot of debate about its content.

While a section of the industry onlookers opine that there might be some influences/elements from Pawan Kalyan’s 'Ism' book, some say there might be counters on ‘Pawanism’ phenomenon as well. The latter might not go well with Pawan Kalyan fans especially if it is a Nandamuri hero’s film. We will have to wait and see how the film would turn up on the silver screen!
