If you are an average cinegoer, you would have imagined this! Of late big ticket Telugu films titles are ending with ‘Du’ [for instance Speedunnodu, Sarrainodu, Katthilantodu (Chiru’s yet-to-release 150th film)]. Looks like South Indian actor Chiyaan Vikram who is looking to score a hit at the Telugu boxoffice is also following this ‘Du’ sentiment.
According to latest reports, Chiyaan Vikram’s forthcoming sci-fic thriller Irumugan (Two-faced) is going to thrill us very soon and the Telugu version of the film has been titled Inkokkadu. Well besides our ‘Du’ sentiment, Vikram is continuing his title ‘Du’ tradition as well. For instance, Sivaputrudu, Akhandudu, Aparichitudu, I (Manoharudu) and now Inkokadu – all maintain the custom.
After I (Manoharudu), Vikram had no solid release but Inkokkadu looks like an exception. Interestingly Megastar Chiranjeevi launched Inkokkadu teaser at the SIIMA 2016 awards event and the teaser is quite promising.
Talented actresses Nayanatara & Nithya Menen are sharing screen space with Vikram in this film directed by Anand Shankar (of Arima Nambi movie fame).
