There is more like an untold understanding that when the films of two big heroes are arriving, there is enough window for both releases such that the market share doesn’t get affected. But can you imagine two big heroes coming up with a very similar backdrop in their movies?
It is happening right now in Bollywood. The mighty heart Salman Khan and Mr Perfectionist Aamir Khan are having a clash of sorts. They are doing movies related to wrestling. While Salman is doing the movie Sultan, Aamir is busy with the movie Dangal wherein both would be seen as wrestlers.
The only difference is Salman’s movie is fiction whereas Aamir’s movie is based on the true story of Mahavir Phogat, the Pahelwan. Well, in that case, there needs to be atleast six months difference for both movies to release and only then audience can relish both the big Khans onscreen.
