Black money is something that is plaguing the economy of our country from a long while. However from the past one month, the government and some big heads in the country are more bothered about the Panama Papers leak.
The leak has already exposed few Indians especially actors like Amitabh Bacchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor etc who allegedly invested their money in offshore enterprises to evade tax (of course Big B & Aishwarya have already denied the allegations). Today the sixth list of tax evaders has been exposed and surprisingly Bollywood actors Couple Ajay Devgn & Kajol are named in this list which in turn took the Andhra Pradesh government by shock.
This celebrity couple has been recently appointed as the brand ambassadors of Andhra Pradesh and based on Ajay’s successful enterprise track record in Gujarat, AP government even allowed Ajay & Co to invest in AP as well.
Well the latest allegations might push the AP govt to review their decision. We need to wait and see how Ajay-Kajol would react on these allegations.
