It was a little disappointing for the labour yesterday because May Day fell on a Sunday but it was nothing short of a festival for the Kollywood cine buffs. There was a major mania among all of them given the exciting things that took place. In case you weren’t aware, here is your share.
First in the list, it was the launch of the first teaser of superstar Rajnikanth’s movie Kabali. This got an overwhelming response and Rajini fans are on cloud nine. The second reason to celebrate was for the fans of superstar Ajith. He is fondly called as Thala by his fans and it was his birthday yesterday.
Last but not the least, the other superstar Vijay came up with the movie Theri and for certain reasons, it didn’t release in the Chengalpattu territory. Yesterday, a special show in Dolby Atmos theatre was arranged to celebrate the success of the film. All in all, it was a merry day for everyone.
