The versatile director Krishna Vamsi has been facing a rough patch in his career. After Chandamama, there was no remarkable hit for this filmmaker. With lot of hopes he teamed up with Megapower Star Ram Charan for family drama Govindudu Andari Vadele and it made average business at the Box Office.
Buzz said that Krishna Vamsi would be doing a female centric subject Rudrakasha and things are confirmed but it somehow got shelved due to unknown reasons. Another buzz also made rounds saying that he might be directing the anticipated 100th film of Nandamuri Balakrishna. But now, a fresh speculation has started in film nagar circles!
Apparently, Krishna Vamsi is planning to make a full length cop story which has always been in his forte. Interestingly, this project is called to be Khadgam-2. We all know how brilliantly the director crafted the patriotic action flick Khadgam earlier. However, this sequel will feature young hero Sundeep Kishan, Kajal Agarwal, Lavanya Tripathi, Sudeep and Prakash Raj.
If this project gets confirmed then Krishna Vamsi is definitely back with a bang!
