Superstar Rajnikanth has the biggest fan base not only in South India but also worldwide. The common sight of Rajni fans conducting milk abhishekam to his cut outs is a common sight whenever his film is releasing. But the court has issued a notice against doing so as per a petition filed that large quantities of milk is getting wasted!
An activist named IMS Manivannan filed a petition against Rajnikanth for wasting milk on his cutouts and favouring the same, BS Rekha– the civil court judge issued emergent notice to Rajnikanth to stop such actions immediately.
Manivannan said that when the country is suffering from lack of nutrition for infants, it is pointless to do such activities where people waste liters of milk in the name of fandom. The activist is planning to continue this mission over other heroes as well who are not raising a voice against such activity!
