After the magnum opus Baahubali came, many in the Indian film fraternity hailed it to the sky but deep inside, there are those filmmakers who began to believe that they can come up with something better. That way, Baahubali has set a new benchmark in terms of taking Indian cinema to a new level.
We are already seeing how the showman of the south Shankar is busy helming Robo 2.0 with a mind boggling budget. Now, another name seems to join the list. It is that of Nandamuri Natasimham Balakrishna and we are talking about his prestigious 100th movie.
There is a talk that Balayya would be doing the film based on the ruler Gautamiputra Satakarni and he reportedly stated it is going to be bigger than Baahubali. Whether he said it or not is not sure but his overall expectations is high. Balayya reportedly mentioned it would reach the Oscar range. It was used just like a metaphor but at the same time, it is not a big matter if he thinks to scale up the grandeur.
