When compared to the world cinema, elements such as nudity, skin show, smooches and lovemaking are still regulated in Indian cinema. Every now and then, few filmmakers in Bollywood do their best to break the barriers and sometimes, they manage to get through safely.
One film which has now gone past the censor scanners smoothly is the Hindi movie Ki & Ka featuring the young stud Arjun Kapoor and the hot begum Kareena Kapoor. The film is directed by R Balki and it has quite a few kiss scenes between the lead pair.
Reports reveal the censor board has given exemption to those scenes and gave a ‘U/A’ certificate. This has opened up new doors for all those filmmakers who are waiting to have solid smooch scenes. Wonder if this is going to influence the regional censor board in Tollywood also.
