The Superstar of South Indian Cinema Rajnikanth has been in some or other legal trouble these days. It is a well-known fact that he had a legal dispute regarding his earlier flick Lingaa’s story controversy. The film bombed at the box-office and Rajini had to compensate the losses incurred to the distributors to an extent but this case isn’t settled yet.

The actor was supposed to attend a hearing on Tuesday in the Madurai court but he failed to appear in front of the judge. However, Rajni’s appointed lawyer offered the reasons for the hero’s absence in the court.

Rajni is currently filming for the anticipated sequel Robot 2.0 with larger than life filmmaker Shankar and his latest film Kabali will be releasing this summer. Hope and wish the Superstar is freed from all his legal tensions at the earliest.
