In spite of being differently abled (deaf and dumb) she is gifted with the great knack of understanding a scene and elevating it as well. This talented actress is now having a handful of Tamil films in her hand and quite busy with them. But now, she has been offered an English film titled One Little Finger. This film apparently deals with the struggles faced by physically challenged people.
Academy award winning director Rupam Sharma is going to direct this film and Abhinaya will be seen in the role of an NGO worker. It would be a biggest break for Abhinaya to showcase her acting skills in international arena. With this she has entered the special club of Indian heroines who got to work in International cinema.
