The film industry is a medium of art and entertainment and films are made with the same purpose. But there are also those filmmakers who want to bring some real life stories onto the reel and sometimes it tends to ruffle few feathers on the wrong side.
The eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma has now decided to helm the film Vangaveeti and since it revolves around the Kamma-Kapu caste war during the early 80s in Vijayawada, it is not going well with the locals of the city. It is revealed that RGV has got warning calls from few anonymous people.
Not only him, lyricist Sirasri who wrote the ‘Kamma-Kapu’ song also got warning calls. RGV was told not to step into Vijayawada. Responding to that, RGV has also tweeted his itinerary along with his place of stay details. He has openly challenged all those who warned him and Sirasri. He is going to Vijayawada on February 26th so let us see what happens.
