Actress Jiah Khan’s suicide in the year 2013 shook the entire country and it also brought forth the debate on handling of fame by the heroines in this glitzy world.

Due to the sensitivity in the case, it was handed over to the CBI- the highest investigation agency in India. Well CBI recently submitted its final report and confirmed it as suicide but not murder. At this point, Jiah’s mother Rabiya filed a review petition in Mumbai court regarding the CBI report and alleged that Jiah’s beau Sooraj Pancholi’s role in her death was minimized by the investigative team.

She also requested the bench to transfer this case to FBI as Jiah was an American born. This petition once again raised the hype over the case. We have to wait and see how the Mumbai court would respond to this.
