If there is one incident which has been making big time in the news in Two Telugu states these days, it is the aggressive Kaapu movement which is headed by ex- Minister Mudragada Padmanabham.
He has also started a hunger strike and when Megastar Chiranjeevi was on the way to offer his support, the actor was arrested in Rajahmundry. Interestingly, this has become a potential subject for a realistic film which would focus on the issues faced by Kapu community in Telugu States. Director AP Naidu has taken up this project and said that the film would made on those lines where the Kapu community has been oppressed despite being 30% of total population.
