There is always a fine line between boldness and maintaining a decorum especially when in public forums. But it is being noticed that some of the Bollywood filmmakers are not really bothering about such norms and are mincing no words about expressing what they feel.
The latest in that list happens to be the filmmaker Hansal Mehta who won the National Award as the best director for his movie Shahid. His new movie Aligarh has been given a A certificate by the censor board. Sharing his thoughts with the media, Hansal Mehta condemned this move.
Not stopping at that, he reportedly added that if doing oral sex and homosexuality is a crime then he is also a criminal. He was protesting against Section 377 which is likely to be implemented by Supreme Court which calls homosexuality as a crime. But talking about oral sex, gay sex in a film related meet took many by surprise and embarrassment.
