As a filmmaker, you have the freedom to imagine a story and come up with something fictional. But then, there are those filmmakers who believe in narrating something that has happened in real through the celluloid format. A man quite popular for that is the eccentric genius Ram Gopal Varma.
Now, another person is eyeing a biopic of sorts. He is none other than Sagar Chandra of Ayyare fame. Sources say Sagar Chandra is planning to make a movie on the iconic freedom fighter Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Till date, the death of Netaji remains a mystery and nobody knows how it happened.
As such, Sagar Chandra is an intelligent and well read director and he is currently busy with the shaping up of Appatlo Okkadundevadu. This is a 90s backdrop movie and if Subhash Chandra movie works out it would be a 40s backdrop but it would take a lot of budget because the making cost will be around 20 crores.
