Kushi is a path breaking blockbuster that shot Pawan Kalyan’s stardom to the next horizon. Powerstar did many films after that but it is a special gift to fans and they would always love to watch something like Kushi again and again – isn’t it fans? Well, here we have an interesting update for the Powerstar fans.

According to the ongoing speculations, Powerstar gave nod for Tamil director SJ Suryah’s script and if everything goes well, the project might hit the floors in April. While Pawan Kalyan is busy wrapping up Sardaar Gabbar Singh’s shoot, Suryah is busy with the pre-production work. An interesting discussion about this project is now taking place in film circles. Some say it is a sequel to Kushi and others say it is a fresh project. Pawan Kalyan is supposed to do a film under Dasari’s banner and this can be one, as per insider sources.

Kushi (2001) directed by SJ Suryah had a dream run at the box-office even in its re-release. However, Komaram Puli (2010) in the same combo was a debacle. Well if this turns true then it is going to be a Mega bonanza for Power fans.
