Love/Hate it, Sukumar & Jr NTR gifted fans yet another interesting film like Nannaku Prematho. And given the Sankranthi festive season, the film is zooming ahead with rock steady collections.
The film that is estimated to have been made with a budget of over Rs 45 crores has raked in Rs 26crores (Share) across the two Telugu states in five days, as per latest reports. On the other hand, Nannaku Prematho is doing extremely well in the US by entering the 1Million USD club already. Interestingly, Nannaku Prematho is the third million dollar film for Tarak after Badshah & Temper. And surprisingly, NP has reportedly surpassed the life time collections (At US box office) of Badshah & Temper in just four days.
Trade pundits opine that Nannaku Prematho might break more records in the overseas than the indigenous market. NP is expected to mint Rs 50Cr (Share) to achieve break even. With a stiff competition from other releases and however, no other big releases around the corner, we need to wait and see if Nannaku Prematho can accomplish the much needed breakeven and bring some smiles on the faces of distributors & makers.
