Sharwanand’s Express Raja came out as dark horse for Sankranthi competition among three big tickets Nannaku Prematho, Soggade Chinni Nayana & Dictator.
However Express Raja declared as one of the biggest hits of Sankranthi and it is appreciated due to its entertaining content. Sharwa & the rest of actors excelled in their roles in Express Raja and director Gandhi etched the movie in a funnier note.
Coming to its first day collections, it was opened to audience around 500 screens all over the world. Interestingly this film’s positive feedback helped to mint more number of collections.
According to the trade analysts, it collected over Rs 5Cr (gross) from all over the world and it is the best ever opening record for Sharwanand. Well this movie was made on the budget of Rs 8Cr and with the way of present situation it would become a blockbuster for sure.
