Young Tiger Jr NTR and intellectual filmmaker curtain rises the Sankranthi season with their much anticipated movie Nannaku Prematho.
Well given the craze, the film opened to packed houses on day 1. Despite a divided talk, Nannaku Prematho movie collected across Rs 30cr across the globe and stood third after Baahubali & Srimanthudu in first day openings. The much awaited film raked in about Rs 17crore (gross) & 12.5 Cr to Rs 13.5 Cr (share) in both the Telugu states. Besides this, NP did manage to mint about Rs 5crores in rest of India. Meanwhile, Nannaku Prematho had a stupendous start in the US where the film is estimated to zoom into the prestigious 1 Million USD pretty soon. Meanwhile, as per early estimate the film is estimated to collect Rs 8 crores in the overseas. Well Nannaku Prematho came out as the best opening ever in Young Tiger NTR’s career smashing down all his previous records.
However, severe divided talk over the film has impacted the second day collections and with the merit of other films shall decide the fate of NP in the first weekend. Keep watching the space for more updates.
