Chiranjeevi:

Velu- Veera Bhadra Rao aka the Sutthi duo:
Though Veera Bhadra Rao was acting right from the 70s era, it was through his friend Jandhyala’s tenure he rose to tremendous prominence. His combination with Velu earned them both the title “Sutthi” which has become like their Surname! The comedy this duo generated in films like Nalugu Stambalata replaced the action of irritable chatter in Telugu with the word “Sutthi!”. Their performance can never be forgotten as the son-father combination with nonstop usage of Prasa dialogues in Ananda Bhairavi as well.
Brahmanandam:
The Comedy Legend of Current Era was first given the opportunity to act in films by none other than Jandhyala. Brahmanandam was a lecturer by profession and mimicry artist by passion until Jandhyala noticed his histrionics and offered him the role of “Aragundu”- a suffering servant under a miserly owner (Kota Srinivasa Rao) in Aha Na Pellanta. He played the role of obsessive musician (Jayammu Nischayammu Raa) , an aspiring film writer (Vivaha Bhojanambu) who falls prey for Sutthi Veera Bhadra Rao’s nonstop story telling which evoked some evergreen laughter!
Kota Srinivasa Rao:
Kota Srinivasa Rao made an impact with Pratighatana as a politician with peculiar dialect until Jandhyala unleashed the comedy par excellence in the brilliant actor. Starting with the annoying miser role Lakshmipathi in Aha Na Pellanta, he played the film maniac in Jayammu Nischayammura, Machilipatnam lover in Shh Gup Chup, An arrogant richman who is obsessed with using abusive language in Hai Hai Nayaka- in short , every role he adorned in Jandhyala’s direction is most memorable!
Srilakshmi:
This talented female character artist bagged the best comedy roles under the direction of Jandhyala. Her role as the film obsessed woman in Srivariki Premalekha and an eccentric novelist in Chantabbai defined her film career where she did such roles from years to come. One cannot forget Srilakshmi’s tone in narrating “Nenu Kavini Kaanannavannni Katthi Tho Podustha” to a distraught editor played by Potti Prasad in Chantabbai!
Potti Prasad:
This actor with peculiar dialogue delivery got the best roles in Jandhyala’s direction. Let it be the swamiji who says Pitaa as tagline, or the funniest editor in trouble in Chantabbai, or the victim of abusive language in Hai Hai Naayaka- Potti Prasad will be always remembered with Jandhyala’s films!

He was a close friend of Jandhyala right from his graduation days and his crystal clear dialogue delivery and comedy timing were best used by Jandhyala in Hai Hai Nayaka, Bava Bava Panneru and so on!
