Jr.NTR’s latest offering Nannaku Prematho directed by logical filmmaker Sukumar has been in the centerstage this Sankranthi season for its promising content, impressive trailer and of course, the Young Tiger’s antics. However, the film has been facing some last minute hurdles with respect to release and availability of screens.
Because of festival rush in releases such as Dictator, Soggade Chinni Nayana and Express Raja which are also scheduled to release this Sankranthi, Nannaku Prematho has been facing a scarcity of ample number of screens for a grand release. Moreover, the film also had dubbing glitches which were sorted out only recently and the film’s censor formalities are happening today.
While the film is globally releasing on Wednesday, these last minute hurdles led the film to be postponed in UK, Canada and Singapore because these countries also perform censor formalities as per their guidelines.
This would be a big challenge for the makers because the film’s initial talk would seep into the audience before it releases in these important overseas markets!
