Mahesh Babu’s upcoming release Brahmotsavam started creating buzz even before the film has finished its shooting schedule! As a New Year gift, the makers of Brahmotsavam released an exclusive teaser yesterday which got overwhelming response for its freshness, cinematography, sets and of course the Superstar Mahesh himself.
Sreekanth Addala is directing this anticipated flick and his regular music composer Mickey J Meyer is composing the music. However, there was a buzz in Social Media that the background music in the teaser resembled a very popular song and people started spreading the word that the composer copied it without credit.
Apprehensive at the response, Mickey himself clarified about it on his Facebook handle saying that the chord progression might have been the same but each composition is different from the other.

He also said that there was no need for him to steal music from another artist and his friends and family who know him as a person would be well aware of this fact. This post has created a new topic of discussion whether the tune can have the same notes and yet sound different from the other composition!
