The thrilling album begins with an upbeat party number Night is Still Young effectively rendered by David Simon and Sagar’s lyrics speak of the contemporary living and urban lifestyle. The song has DSP style grooves and riffs. In short, this track sure would pump up more vigor just when the New Year’s eve is approaching!
Crazy Feeling is a funky number with jazzy piano touches and Prudhvi Chandra does a brilliant job with his vocals. Rama Jogayya Sastry’s lyrics have visual appeal with ample balance of modern feel. The silky trumpets and gripping rhythm add the brilliant dimension to this fun track.
The high energy is sustained with Masti Masti sung phenomenally by Sooraj Santhosh and the very talented Shwetha Menon. This track has great melodious value without compromising on the trendiest sounds of the season. It progressively grows on the listener with steady yet effective rhythm and Hip-Hop beats. Watch out for the timely usage of piano and Far East flute. A very special mention is needed for Ananth Sriram’s unique lyrics.
Shailaja Shailaja is an out and out mass number with trademark DSP folk rhythm and Sagar delivers par excellence with his passionate vocals. Bhaskarabhatla does a fantastic job with conversational lyrics and does complete justice to the song’s scenario. This song carries the film’s soul with great freshness and brilliance.
The album shifts to classy mode with Ela Cheppanu sung by the evergreen Karthik and penned by the amazing lyricist Sirivennela Sitaramasastry. The song has an introspective angle to it which is brilliantly conceived by the composer having an eerie yet convincing chord progression. It gives the album a master stroke classiest touch!
The same song arrives from the legendary voice of Chitra with a pathos touch. She delivers par excellence with her immortal voice and Sirivennela Sitaramasastry proves once again that he is a winner in penning such songs.
