The clock is ticking and we are reaching the end of the year 2015 so it is obvious that the expectations would be positive towards the New Year in terms of the film releases. True to that, even the film industry is preparing to come up with their best movies to have a rock solid opening to 2016.
Among them, one movie is being tagged as the most awaited Indian film in January 2016. We are talking about the Bollywood movie Airlift featuring the charming star Akshay Kumar and the talented Nimrat Kaur. The film is based on the true story which took place in the year 1990.
It revolves around the prestigious airlift operation conducted by the Indian Airforce in evacuating more than 1.70 lakhs of Indian people from the country of Kuwait. At that point, the Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein had attacked Kuwait. The film is due for release on January 23.
