The culture of remakes is quite prevalent these days and usually it is the films made in south which get remade in Hindi and become big blockbusters. Of course, the reverse also happens but in very minute numbers. This is because there is a lot of difference to the approach of the Bollywood audience and the south.
Now, there are reports that the recent Bollywood release Hate Story 3 has become a huge hit and it has already garnered a whopping 42 crores plus in just a week’s release. With this, some Tollywood members began moving their cards to buy the remake rights. However, here is a bit of reality.
In Bollywood films with erotic and bold content work because they come with big star cast and the whole project looks glorified. In south, it will look like an adult movie firstly due to its genre and secondly no big hero would come forward to be a part of such adultery themed flicks. Hope the point is clear.
