After a remarkable success of love story Ram-Leela, the grand Bollywood filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali has come up with another historic epic Bajirao Mastani starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles.
This film’s songs have already created lot of positive buzz and the trailer looked quite promising as well. The arrangements for its grand release on December 18th were already done but now the film is in last minute trouble! Hindu Jagruti Samithi (HJS) demanded that they should watch the film prior to its release and applied a petition to CBFC and cultural board of India. They said that the film showed Bajirao’s wives dancing together in a song called Pinga Pinga and there was no such incident which happened as per History.

The organization stated that the Peshwa communities of those days never had women dancing in public and hence the film deviates from the historic significance. They demanded that the song has to be removed from the film.
Interestingly, Bajirao Mastani will also be releasing in Telugu and Tamil as well. Ramajogayya Sastry penned the lyrics for the songs and Baahubali fame Madan Karky wrote the dialogues for this dubbed versions.
